I ordered flowers online and after completing the transaction, realized I had incorrectly worded the message to be sent. I immediately sent an email to J Flowers and quickly received a reply saying they would be happy to fix my mistake! After resubmitting the message I received an updated receipt with a picture of the flowers and the updated message. I so appreciate their attention to detail and to their customers! I highly recommend J Flowers!
