I ordered some flowers for my wife recently and the flowers didn’t turn out as expected so I provided some private feedback to the owners. They said they would resend flowers right away and I told them it was unnecessary. Regardless, they did resend another arrangement which was beautiful. The customer service these shop owners exhibited was second to none and now they have a long time customer in me and my wife. Thank you J Flower. Small businesses that actually care about customer service are hard to find.

Happy I found J Flowers, they were right next door to our old Vet, and both my wife and I have first names that start with J so I decided to give it a try. The flowers are always fresh and lovely, the pricing is reasonable, and I enjoy giving my business to this local Mother/Daughter shop where I can come by and pick up orders myself.
