How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The fresh flowers will come in a vase for the first delivery and then wrapped bouquets for the deliveries after that. All you have to do it unwrap it, and put it straight in the vase- our bouquets will come tied with a rubber band so you don't have to "arrange" it. If you have a specific vase that you would like to use for your subscription flowers, then please let us know!
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call us any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! Contact us at 310-374-1596, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
